Thank you for your interest in attending KPA Events, organized by the Kenya Psychiatrist Association and other key stakeholders. We strive to provide a high-quality experience for all our attendees. Please review our refund policy below before finalising your registration process.
1. General Refund Terms
Full Refunds: Refunds will be issued in full for cancellation requests made at least 14 days before the event date.
Partial Refunds: Requests made 7–13 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event or for no-shows.
2. Refund Request Procedure
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@kenyapsychiatrist.org
Include the registrant’s full name, contact information, and proof of payment (if applicable).
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the request is approved.
3. Refund Request Procedure
If the KPA event is cancelled by the organizers, all attendees will receive a full refund.
If the KPA event is postponed, payment for registration will be valid for the rescheduled date. If the delegate cannot attend the new date, a full refund will be issued upon request.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Processing fees, service charges are non-refundable.
5. Ticket Transfers
Payment for registration is transferable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your payment for registration to another individual at no additional cost. Please notify us via email—info@kenyapsychiatrist.org—at least 48 hours in advance with the new attendee’s details.
